Prophetic Word: Surrounded By The Father's Love Part Two!

Prophetic Word

I saw a vision during prayer on, Consecrate 2023. And in this vision, I saw a child with their lip poked out and their head hanging down. You know that face that a child makes when they're not getting their way. The child was pouting. Then the Lord spoke and said, don't be that way. Even though you're not getting exactly what you want right now, know that I love you.

Then I saw the hand of the Lord begin to lift the head of the child by placing His hand underneath the chin and lifting it up. Then God said, don't pout, don't hold your head down but hold your head up because you know I love you. The Lord said, just because I didn't give you what you want right now doesn't mean I don't love you. And just like a child who is sulking because their lollipop or toy, got taken away, my children are pouting because I have removed certain things from their lives.

Prophetic Thought

The Lord wants us to know his love is so strong in this season. But with that, He wants us to understand that the word no or even not right now is a reflection of His love. God cares so much about you, and He loves you so much. Like when you were a child, you didn't always know what was best for you. It is the same way right now. You may think you know what's best for you because you are an adult. But when it comes to the things that you can't see. When it comes to the spiritual world, when it comes to eternity, there are just some things that you don't know about your own life. But God your Father knows. This is why there has been a "no" or "not now" to some things you desire.

The Lord is removing things that soothe us because He wants us to grow to another level in Him. He has removed our lollipops and toys. He is eliminating stuff in our lives that keep us in a spiritually underdeveloped state. And as a result of the Lord removing things from your life, you maybe be pouting and holding your head low.

Note: In the vision, the Lord first showed me the child with their lips pouty, and then I observed that the child's head was down. Do not hang your head low because of shame or feeling defeated because you no longer have the things you once had. Or you don't have what you want in life now. The everyday person may feel this way from time to time. But I want to encourage you today and tell you to allow the Lord to lift up your head. Why? Because the Father's love surrounds you. And His protection.

"But you, O LORD, are a shield for me, My glory and the One who lifts up my head." -Psalm 3:3 NKJV

Your Heavenly Father's love surrounds you and is a shield to you. If you have been feeling down, rely on the Father to be the one to lift up your head. I want you to read this prayer understanding that God wants you to walk out of agreement with the temper tantrum and into agreement with maturity in your spirit. If this blog post resonates with you, I want you to pray this prophetic prayer out loud.

Prophetic Prayer

Father, thank you for lifting up my head today. Thank you for lifting up my head in moments of sadness. Sadness because I am not getting what I want at this time. Please help me to trust your will over my desires. God show me what I can't see because of my human mind. Allow me to be more spiritually minded and less carnally minded. Father, I want to mature in your love.

As I mature in my perception of love, help my perception of you. Father help me not have a childish attitude thinking your love only means you constantly give, give, and give. And I take and take from you. Help me understand that sometimes your love comes with the word no.

Father, I ask that you allow me to see that your love surrounds me even when I am unhappy. Allow me to see that your love surrounds me in the good and the bad. Father, help me to remember that my confidence in who I am comes from my faith in you. So when I lift my head, Lord, allow me to lift it not because of me, but rather because you my Lord are in me.

Lord, I understand that being childlike when it pertains to my relationship with you does not give me the right to respond immaturely. Even if I don't like how everything is going, give me the ability to trust you more than I trust my circumstances. Today I ask you to help me be at peace with my life.

So today, I choose to praise you for being my Father, and I embrace your no just as I rejoice over your yes. Thank you for holding up my head, thank you for building my confidence in you and in your word. Today I come out of agreement with my feelings, and I come into full agreement with faith. In Jesus' name AMEN!

Scripture Reflection

"When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things. Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely. Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love." - 1 Cor 13:11-13 NLT

Let's mature in our faith, hope, and love. Don't forget to read part one of this prophetic word HERE!
